Their story
Al-Tawarek Association was founded in Tripoli to address the growing needs of the city’s impoverished population. In recent years, the association expanded its efforts due to the worsening economic crisis and escalating poverty in the region. Initially focused on distributing clothing to 40 families, the association later broadened its activities to include providing food and basic needs to those in need reaching up to 600 families.

The founder and his daughter are both citizens of El Mina.
