Their story
Deaf or hearing-impaired individuals have lost their hearing ability since birth due to fate and other factors (such as illness, accidents, or old age). Deaf individuals often face significant information and communication barriers, as verbal communication is impeded. Although this presents a considerable disadvantage, there is a saying, ‘The body may be disabled, but the spirit is not,’ which motivates us to overcome these challenges. We are determined to achieve equality with hearing individuals through education incorporating visual access methods, such as lip-reading, writing, reading subtitles, and communicating using sign language.
