Mission and objectives

IMM is an Islamic organisation which focuses on the youth movement. IMM is affiliated with Muhammadiyah, a large Islamic organisation in Indonesia.

Main activities with youth

IMM has discussions, seminars, training, and education by organising socialisation, youth movements (politics, education and social), mobilising the masses, and hearings with local government. IMM recruits many members of Muhammadiyah students from all campuses in Indonesia. IMM has different levels of training: Darul Arqam Dasar (DAD), Darul Arqam Madya (DAM), and Darul Arqam Paripurna (DAP).

Their story

IMM was established as a forum for Muhammadiyah students to actualise themselves in the youth movement with Muhammadiyah ideology. IMM has many branches spread across Indonesia, from the commissariat (university) level to the national level.

Constituency

Members are university students aged 18 to 30 years old.

Current management

IMM has an AD/ART to manage the organisation. In the AD/ART, we can find rules that govern and manage from the commissariat (university) to the national level.
