The Seroja Institute for the Empowerment of Marginalised Women and Children (PPAP) is a social institution that actively provides assistance to marginalised women and children through education, skills training, advocacy and economic empowerment.

This institution was established to address the phenomenon that affects marginalised communities in Surakarta and its surroundings, especially women and children. Periphery here means groups marginalised economically, socially, educationally, politically, and morally.
