Their story
PUKAPS was established in 2017 and was initiated by female students at the local university UMS. In its early years, the community primarily organized discussion sessions, but in 2019, they recruited staff, and in 2020, they secured funding from SEAFAM and YSEALY. PUKAPS also received funding from WFA, which enabled them to launch programs such as Femstride classes, workshops, and a zine. They hold a biennial event called SEA PROJECT.
