Mission and objectives

Reach and serve people with disabilities, particularly children with disabilities living in rural areas. Many CBR programs were implemented in many villages. Since 2009, the CBR DTC Solo has transformed from a village-based CBR movement into an advocacy model of CBR in line with the UNCRPD and New CBR Guidelines.

Their story

When it was first established in 1978, PPRBM was one of the units under the Yayasan Penyandang Anak Cacat (YPAC) Indonesia. In 2016, PPRBM decided to stand alone, adding ‘Solo’ to indicate where the PPRBM office is located.
