Mission and objectives
- Transforming marginalized communities post-conflict.
- Implementing projects related to innovation, education, and peacebuilding.
- Fostering opportunities for vulnerable groups, for example, youth who, due to economic marginalisation, face limited opportunities, persons whose ability to work is affected by disability, and women who face challenges to secure sustainable livelihoods due to gender-based constraints.
Main activities with youth
- Tatweer Program: supports business growth by providing business development services and grants to small businesses.
- The Tamteen Program focuses on individual self-development and offers training, coaching, mentoring, and job placement services to improve employment prospects.
- Tasaloh Program: Facilitates peace and reconciliation initiatives, working towards social cohesion and conflict resolution.
- Tadamon Program: Provides mental health support and community-based psychosocial activities to protect at-risk individuals.
