Mission and objectives

They believe that young people grow best through access to global education, contact with people from different cultures, and exposure to new positive educational experiences. They also hope to foster a more peaceful, sustainable, and prosperous world.

Main activities with youth

Activities include online public discussion, public events, training, volunteering, exchange programs, consultancy services, and study visits.

Their story

Act Global was established to support the non-formal education sector by creating various international programmes focusing on global issues such as poverty and inequality and an international platform for sharing best practices in the sector. The organisation focuses on three thematic areas: youth empowerment, poverty eradication, and social cohesion.

Constituency

While the members are over 25, the event participants are usually young people around 20.

Current management

The team comprises 14 members from the UK, Europe, and Bali.
