Their story

Satu Karsa Karya Foundation (YSKK) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) established on May 12 2001, in Surakarta, Central Java. It works for and with marginalized and powerless communities, especially women and children so that they become more empowered and have their economic, social, political and cultural rights fulfilled.

Constituency

Most participants are women, children, and members of women’s groups (PKK).

Current management

Suparti Ningsih is the current leader or director of the Satu Karsa Karya Foundation (YSKK). He serves as Executive Director. Most members are women.
