Mission and objectives

Tilik Sarira’s creative process has a mission to bring up discourse through theatre/performance work and maintain sensitivity to relevant issues, form an inclusive and collaborative space by conducting cross-disciplinary meetings and engagement in the community environment and make the creative process practice-based research, as well as social, physical, and psychological needs.

Main activities with youth

Activities include exhibitions, art performances, and workshops.

Their story

This platform started with experimental art creation methods of the founder’s (S. Sophiyah K.) academic process in 2019 based in Surakarta, then continued as an arts, culture, and community organization.

Constituency

The general public depends on the event; most activities are offline in public spaces.

Current management

The members are young people.
